This has been one of our biggest learning through the Zenatix journey. Often (and this is true more so in the enterprise side of IoT than the consumer side of IoT) when one engages in designing innovative hardware (that can give the company an edge over the others), the focus is more on technical specifications rather than a plethora of use cases that eventually the hardware may be used to serve.

The early part (initial 4–5 years) of our journey at Zenatix, has been focused on developing hardware components that can help us scale reliably.

Any IoT application starts with the hardware at the centerstage. You need data to provide value to the end-user and you need hardware to collect that data. Largely, across all major IoT application domains (energy, healthcare, transportation, industrial or consumer goods).

This is the third and the final article in the series of articles I have written, to provide an inside peek into the IoT Stack that we have been developing at Zenatix.
