The challenges
The customer was facing following operational challenges:
- Lack of temperature and humidity compliance leading to lower shelf life of stored documents
- Lighting and exhaust systems are running out of operational hours, resulting in energy waste
- Lack of centralized visibility into energy consumption & sub-optimal operation of assets
- Unpredictable breakdowns due to a lack of visibility into asset health and predictive maintenance
- Lack of visibility into low power factors, load division and current imbalances

- Deployed our battery-powered sensors throughout the warehouse to monitor the required temperature of 23°C without any manual effort. It is critical for the customer's ability to safely store bank documents.
- Lighting and exhaust fan operations were scheduled depending on operational hours, eliminating the need for manual intervention & resulting in energy savings.
- Deployed our sensors to monitor Solar Panels, DG Incomers, EB Mains, UPS etc. and a centralized dashboard was created.
- Monitoring & control of the operations of 5+ Ductable ACs & 10+ Tower Acs, to improve energy efficiency.
