The customer was facing following operational challenges:

• Huge energy expenses due to manual operations of lighting, HVAC and controls.
• Lack of centralized visibility into solar power generation and its export back to the energy grid, across multiple stores
• Lack of comfort compliances like store’s temperature, humidity, air quality, CO2 etc.
• Lack of visibility into asset health & predictive maintenance leading to unpredictable breakdowns
• Lack of visibility into low power factors and current imbalances

• Identified the equipment like HVAC and lighting circuits operating outside operational hours (leading to energy wastage) by monitoring consumption pattern
• Deployed AQI, temperature, humidity, CO2 sensors to improve air quality and maintain compliances.
• Deployed bi-directional meters and created automated reports to track solar power generation and its export back to the energy grid.
• Sites with low power factor were regularly highlighted to the customer to take corrective action and reduce electrical penalties.
• Sites with high current unbalance are reported which resulted in more balanced load distribution and increased electrical safety.
