Zenatix Solutions is looking for a smart and enthusiastic person for Operations Manager position.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the Zenatix solution (both hardware and software) installed at 2000+ locations and ensure and uptime of 99%.
  2. Managing a team of engineers and technicians working from different locations.
  3. Oversee day-to-day operations, escalations, ticketing and communications with all customers and addressing the clients’ queries.
  4. Update and maintain documentation associated with processes and procedures.
  5. Hire, train, mentor and develop Level 1 / Level 2 technicians.
  6. Coordinate efforts to identify root cause and follow-up with cross teams for recommend solutions.
  7. Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement within the team; recommend prioritized enhancements and oversee implementation.
  8. Ensure that systemic issues have appropriate resolution paths.
  9. Generate key reports for management including but not limited to: service level agreements, ticket resolution and customer issues.
  1. Ability to exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing analytical tasks.
  2. Experience in people-management and conflict resolution.
  3. Must have a strong problem-solving skill.
  4. Must have the ability to communicate, motivate, and organize projects among a broad spectrum of personnel throughout the network, frequently under deadline pressure.
  5. Must have ability to interact effectively with executives, engineers, vendors and peers.

Job Requirement:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication, Computer Science, IT, Electrical preferred.
  2. Must have at least 6-8 years of experience as an operation support manager in a 24x7x365 client services environment.
  3. Good communication skills. (English Speaking & Writing)

Work Location and Compensation:

The position is based in Gurgaon. Compensation will be at par with industry standards.
